As a Digital Analyst, you will help the team to improve and simplify the internal Health & Safety data approach with the different plants. You will be able to propose an easy and simple way to manage, analyze and share our data and H&S information. Reporting and Visualization: * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate key insights to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner. * Conduct Health & Safety analysis and reporting Data Analysis: * Collect, analyze, and interpret digital data from various sources such as website analytics, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertising. * (Utilize analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that impact digital initiatives.) Performance Monitoring: * Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns, website traffic, and other online activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Competitor Analysis: * Conduct competitive analysis to understand industry trends, benchmark performance, and identify opportunities for improvement in the digital landscape. Collaboration: * Support closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and product development, to align digital strategies with overall business objectives. * Provide insights and recommendations to guide decision-making at various levels within the organization. Technology Utilization: * Stay updated on the latest digital analytics tools, technologies, and industry best practices. * Implement and manage analytics platforms to ensure accurate and timely data collection

Candidate Requirements:

* Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering or similar (Good with numbers and graphs design and analysis) * Proven experience in digital analytics, data analysis, and reporting. * Proficient in using Microsoft tools as: Excel, PowerPoint, power app, SharePoint power BI, FORMS, power automation * Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms. * Proficient in using Share point and SAP. * Knowledge of web development and digital technologies is a plus. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. * Able to build good relationship with internal and external stakeholders * Proactive mindset
