Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Our Jr Digital Art_Motion role is a motion-forward creative specialist blending art direction with animation, design, and editorial craft. Candidates must must demonstrate a solid understanding of motion principles and master tools for creating original graphics, animations, and motion assets. They should edit, animate, composite, and ensure cohesive, branded, production-ready content. The role also translates static layouts into dynamic stories, supports motion adaptation of existing assets, and elevates campaigns through movement, rhythm, and high-quality animation tailored to North America brand needs.

Your Impact

As Jr Digital Art Motion your functions would consist of:

1. Concept and develop motion-led creative ideas based on communication objectives for different touchpoints such as digital banner ads,
social media, sizzle videos, equity communication, and other video formats.
2. Design and animate master motion assets (graphics, animated layouts, transitions) and adapt them into multiple formats and lengths as
needed across channels.
3. Translate static KVs and design systems into motion, bringing them to life through animation, compositing, and thoughtful timing while
maintaining brand consistency.
4. Create compelling motion narratives and visual presentations (including sizzle videos and internal Marketing reels) that clearly tell a
story and highlight key messages.
5. Generate fresh, innovative motion and graphic solutions within brand and design standards to support social media, digital campaigns,
and broader marketing initiatives.
6. Rapidly prototype motion ideas (animatics, boardomatics, storyboards) to explore directions and gather early feedback from
stakeholders or consumers.
7. Adapt and optimize existing Key Visuals and assets for motion-first digital environments, including paid media, social platforms, and
other on-screen formats.
8. Deliver simple static and print-ready artworks when needed, ensuring alignment with the overall motion and visual system.
9. Act as a brand guardian, applying brand guidelines thoughtfully across animation, typography in motion, rhythm, and transitions.
10. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, respond to last-minute requests, and
quickly adjust to changes in business needs and trends.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

* Bachelor's degree in a directly related field (Animation, Motion Graphics, Digital Media, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, etc.).

Experience

* 1 year of experience in motion design, animation, or creative production within an agency or in-house agency; experience with CPG
brands is a plus.
* Language proficiency in English and Spanish is required for this role.
* Experience collaborating with creative, production, and account teams to bring motion concepts to life.
* Strong foundational understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, rhythm, and timing.
* Ability to interpret feedback, problem-solve creatively, and contribute to evolving motion concepts.
* Presentation skills and comfort articulating creative rationale for motion decisions.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to support multiple motion and design tasks under quick deadlines.
* Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro (Blender for 3D tool is a plus).
* Basic understanding of PowerPoint to support internal presentations and visual storytelling.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Online portfolio showcasing motion work (animatics, sizzles, social animations, etc.) is required.
