Key Responsibilities

* Design, implement, and execute end-to-end performance testing strategies using established quality processes, tools, and methodologies.
* Translate business and technical requirements across products, systems, infrastructure, and software into clear and actionable test specifications.
* Create and manage test plans, execute performance tests, and analyze results to ensure objectives and benchmarks are met.
* Actively engage in team discussions, contributing insights and solutions to ongoing challenges and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Need

* Expert-level proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner, Neoload, or JMeter.
* Strong experience managing the full performance testing lifecycle.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in performance testing or related fields.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Bonus Points If You Have

* Advanced knowledge of Capacity Management.
* Experience with Micro Focus Diagnostics.
* Deep understanding of Performance Testing Strategy at an enterprise level.
* Strong familiarity with the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
