IT Support Engineer

Job Description:

Your tasks

Receiving and entering supplier invoices
Managing and resolving incidents and new user requests in the BMC ticketing system
Coordinating supplier-related tasks
Creating reports
Installing and configuring network equipment with a DS operating system image
Controlling cell phones (problem reports, line renewals, and new line requests)
Managing AD, Landesk, QiP, and BMC Asset consoles
Backing up user information on network drives
Installing and configuring printers and scanners
Consulting users on IT procedures and policies
Monitoring and remediating virus incidents
Monitoring and taking necessary actions on security issues on DS equipment
Working on troubleshooting problems in DSAudit
Maintaining and managing SITE
Executing and participating in local and corporate IT projects
Creating and updating procedures, manuals, and work instructions
Performing tasks assigned by your supervisor Read more Read less

Your profile

Systems engineer, IT Eng or related
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
