We are seeking a talented professional to join our Software Engineering team, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate on the Reinsurance - AMS project.
Responsibilities:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, delivering dynamic services by identifying and resolving issues across multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to work independently, become a subject matter expert, and actively contribute to team discussions by providing effective solutions to work-related challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
* Analyze and resolve complex software issues to ensure optimal performance of business systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.
* Document troubleshooting processes and solutions to build a robust knowledge base.
* Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve support strategies.
* Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in application support.
Mandatory Skills:
