Job Description:

Key shared responsibilities:
* Coordinating with other teams within Information Delivery to ensure common metadata and data remain consistent and valuable across all applications * Coordinating with other Information Delivery teams to ensure proper security and sox processes are in place and maintained
Key interfaces:
* Key users from the Finance CoE and Financial Planning and Analysis * Global Technology development team that support Information Delivery * Internal Audit * Other colleagues within Information Delivery
Educational Attainment: * Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Experience:
● 2+ year's progressive experience with demonstrated proficiency in financial reporting systems and management accounting.
● Experience in the Hotel industry is preferred.
● Experience of working in a global organisation preferred.
● Experience of working to tight monthly and other reporting deadlines essential. Technical Skills & Knowledge:
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills working towards a high level of accuracy.
● Strong interpersonal skills, to develop networking across a global, multi-cultural organization.
● Good team player.
● Good communicator, written and verbal.
● Able to work independently.
● Takes responsibility for managing and achieving delivery to tight deadlines.
● Understanding of multi-dimensional analysis, multi-currency experience and excellent Excel skills.
● Knowledge of Essbase preferred
Key metrics:
Accurate and timely data integration to and from the reporting applications
* Finance user satisfaction with the applications and associated support processes
* Accurate and timely delivery of results from the allocations applications
* Accurate and timely loads for key metric applications
* Delivery against defined roadmaps for each of the applications
* Ensure all SOX/Audit controls are adhered to and passed, updating as appropriate, maintaining relationship with Global Financial Governance
