Finance Manager - Mexico
As part of its strong development in LATAM, BVLGARI is seeking a Finance Manager with strong expertise in P&L management control and accounting for our local office in Mexico City, Mexico.
Reporting to the LATAM FP&A Director, with a dotted line to the Mexico Country Director, the Finance Manager will oversee daily and monthly financial monitoring, manage monthly and quarterly closings, and lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts. The role will also involve driving financial planning initiatives and contributing to a variety of financial and cross-functional projects.
The Finance Manager will serve as a business partner for the local team providing critical financial oversight and support in a dynamic environment. The incumbent will be the local finance point of contact for Mexico to implement and continuously improve financial Acumen, accuracy and drive efficiencies.
Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Master's degree is preferred Minimum of 5 years of professional background. Experience in retail / luxury environment is a plus. Extensive experience in financial data manipulation and information systems, with advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial insights and strategic recommendations clearly. This candidate will also be highly organized, detail-oriented, flexible, adapts easily to change, have a commitment to excellence. Ability to seamlessly work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Proven organizational abilities that enables the person to establish and achieve organizational goals. Ability to multi-task is critical Ability to work under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment Ability to travel at times to Miami.
