Responsibilities

The Opportunity
Reporting to the FP&A Assoc. Manager, the Finance Analyst, FP&A SG&A (PBC) is responsible for supporting the monthly close and forecast cycles, annual operating plan (AOP) development, and ongoing SG&A financial analysis. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, forecasting, productivity tracking, and integration of SG&A investments and headcount-related initiatives. The analyst will play a key role in maintaining financial models, coordinating planning activities, and delivering insights that support business decision-making.

Your Impact

As FP&A Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

Close & Forecast Activities
* Manage and submit 1CAN (One Canada) cross-charge allocations during monthly close and forecast cycles.
* Perform 1CAN entry reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial results.
* Maintain and update the SG&A PBC close model, supporting monthly reporting and analysis.
* Prepare and distribute forecast templates to extended functional teams, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
* Execute Mosaic uploads and validations for PBC reporting requirements.
* Support productivity tracking, reporting, and alignment through established planning processes.
* Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and management requests.
Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
* Develop and maintain the PBC planning model, incorporating compensation & benefits (C&B), external builds, and key planning assumptions.
* Coordinate and execute Mosaic uploads associated with AOP submissions.
* Integrate SG&A investment initiatives into financial planning models and forecasts.
Support the incorporation of SG&A productivity programs and savings initiatives into the annual plan..
Qualifications

Experience
* Experience working on a P&L, core financial planning experience
* 0-1 years of experience in finance and planning
* Experience in financial analysis
* Advanced English level
* Strong excel skills
* Able to work independently and takes initiative
* Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance
* Ability to function well in a team environment
* Exceptional communication skills.
