Accountabilities:
* Support in the review, drafting and negotiation of contracts and other legal documents. (NDAs, Procurement Contracts, Purchase Contracts, Service Agreements, etc).
* Assist in litigation and legal proceedings before courts, government agencies and other authorities to protect the organization's interests.
* Assist in providing corporate support to the group entities
* Assist in real estate matters of the group
* Assist in the development, implementation and updates of relevant legal policies and guidelines.
* Collaborate with business colleagues to achieve targeted business results with acceptable level of legal risk
