Job Schedule: Full-time | Availability to travel: 20% annually (domestic travel) | Flexibility to work across different shifts.

We are seeking a Fleet Supervisor to join our Supply Chain Management team. This role is responsible for supervising the end-to-end execution of the parts pickup program to ensure achievement of NMEX production plans. You will coordinate last-mile logistics within NMEX plants, oversee fleet operations, and serve as the main point of contact for reviewing and validating logistics processes, operational trials, and new logistics flows.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, operational discipline, and commitment to Nissan Way principles, maintaining a focus on cost efficiency, delivery quality, and safety. This position plays a key role in standardizing operations, ensuring transit time compliance, and making informed decisions in abnormal or high-risk situations.

A Typical Day at Nissan:
* Develop and update standard route sheets, alternative routing analyses, and action protocols for deviations.
* Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and daily supervision of operational personnel (e.g., drivers).
* Create and optimize logistics schedules.
* Improve route efficiency and overall fleet performance.
* Reengineer logistics flows to support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Implement and manage the Fleet Management System (FMS).
* Act as the main contact for the Inbound Logistics Control Tower.
* Oversee and audit comprehensive vehicle maintenance processes.
* Prepare compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Create and maintain SCT -required regulations for full-configuration parts transportation.
* Conduct data analysis to support operational decision-making.

Professional Profile We Are Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in domestic logistics, shipping coordination, and supply chain risk management.
* Knowledge of logistics security regulations (CTPAT, OEA).
* Experience in project management (Gantt Chart scheduling).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
* Availability to travel: 20% annually (domestic travel).

Nice to have:
* Experience managing operational personnel.
* Knowledge in GPS apps.
