CUSTOMER SUPPORT & PRODUCT TRAINEE

BMW - MOTORRAD

The Customer Support Trainee serves as a key contributor within the Customer Support and Commercial Strategy team, combining analytical precision with a business-driven and dealer-oriented approach. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating pricing strategies, analyzing product line-up performance, and monitoring key sales metrics across bikes, gear, garments, and accessories. The position plays a critical role in optimizing dealer network capabilities and operational efficiency, ensuring that support initiatives align with commercial goals, financial sustainability and the strategic positioning of BMW Motorrad.

WHAT AWAITS YOU?

* Perform detailed analysis of pricing strategies, product line-ups, and competitor pricing to support informed decision-making.

* Analyze model performance, production versus stock rotation, and financial pricing derivations to identify optimization opportunities.

* Collaborate with internal teams and dealers to ensure accurate data flow, timely reporting, and implementation of strategic recommendations.

* Support the review and development of training plans for dealers covering bikes, technical products, gear, garments, and accessories.

* Analyze product line-ups, stock rotation, and production data to identify opportunities for improvement.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING ALONG?

* Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems/Programming or a related.

* Previous experience in analysis, pricing, product management, or sales support.

* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Office suite.

* Proficiency in English is required.

* Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.

* Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
