Job Description:
- Learning & Development (60%) - Design, localize, and execute training programs for front-line, mid-level, and leadership teams. - Collaborate with country teams to assess learning needs and ensure alignment with regional capability-building goals. - Deliver engaging virtual and in-person sessions, ensuring high NPS from trainees. - Track and report learning impact using metrics and feedback tools. - Support onboarding, performance enablement, and leadership development programs. - Project & Program Management (40%) - Assist in planning, execution, and tracking of regional PMO-led initiatives. - Manage timelines, milestones, and communications for multi-country projects. - Create SOPs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for project health. - Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project momentum
Candidate Requirements:
- 4+ years in Learning & Development programs with experience designing and delivering training - 2+ years of Project or Program Management experience - Bilingual: Fluent in English and either Sinhala/Tamil (Sri Lanka) or Nepali (Nepal) - Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills - Nice-to-Haves: - Familiarity with regional markets (Sri Lanka or Nepal) - Certifications like PMP, Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt), or Instructional Design - Experience working in a matrixed organization or cross-border projects
