Your role

Providing (predictive) commercial performance insights and delivering input for key meetings like MPR, SPOR, ad hoc questions and deep dives: sell-out, stock analyses, market share forecasting

*

Provides insight into sustainable customer growth and deliver input for channel strategy: validating customer & customer trends, define category value drivers, customer segmentation insights, market trends and growth projection.

Translating WEPH business questions into an effective analytics plan

*

Providing regular consumer & customer WEPH trends

*

Target setting WEPH for sell-out, market share

You are a part of

Philips Personal Healthcare Western Europe. Driving commercial performance and sustainable customer growth across categories and zones via insights and analytics.

You're a fit if:

*

University degree (bachelor's degree), > 1 year of related experience of commercial insights & analytics

*

Strong working knowledge of basic analytical tools and sharp predictive skills to work on large amounts of data.

*

Cross-Functional Connector. Build bridges across the organization to deeply understand the business and amplify the learnings to infuse the voice of the customer into our culture.

*

Able to synthesize across multiple sources and tools (Qliksense and excel) into a clear and concise story that drives actionable insights.

*

Straightforward communicator. Can organize, clarify and communicate complex ideas quickly, succinctly and accurately.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
This is a temporary role till the end of 2026.
