Quality Engineer (Haps - Fulltime)

For our state-of-the-art factory at Haps we are looking for a Quality Engineer.
You will be part of the Quality & Technology team to ensure food safety and quality of the products and processes on a daily basis in our state of the art specialized nutrition production facility in Haps.

About the job:
In this position you support the Line Centric Organisation (LCO) in the area of quality.
Furthermore you have the following responsibilities;
Supports the Line Centric Organisation (LCO) in all quality-related matters.
You will advise the LCO on quality decisions, ensures the right resources are available, and focuses on daily operational quality activities.
You work closely with the Process Lead (PL)
You can identify and prioritize quality issues and losses, proposes improvements, and advises on corrective and preventive actions.
You are able to develop capabilities within operational teams and equipment owners through coaching and training to achieve excellent quality performance and behaviors.
Together with the LCO, you will prioritize improvement opportunities and contributes to Management of Change (MOC).
You will be present on the shop floor at least 70% of the time, remaining accessible, engaged, and supportive, and expects clearly formulated requests for assistance.
