About this role
As a Strategy & Analytics Principal in our Customer Intelligence team, you will lead the charge in translating complex customer data into high-impact growth strategies. We are looking for a visionary who embodies our Lead, Deliver, Care values by aiming high with analytical plans, driving excellence through teamwork, and caring about our customers' journey. You will bridge the gap between raw data and commercial opportunities, ensuring we proactively mitigate churn while accelerating new customer activation globally.
These are some of the key components to the position:
* Lead the creation of visionary analytical plans that drive the agendas of global stakeholders and prioritize high-impact insights.
* Analyze complex datasets using Python and Structured Query Language (SQL) to uncover strategic, customer-centric opportunities.
* Influence business strategy by building top-down analytical storylines with clear conclusions and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
* Break organizational silos by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Sales.
* Provide thought leadership on new Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance team efficiency and stay ahead of the competition.
* Drive the delivery of tangible results for strategic topics, such as the global Loyalty Program and customer activation.
What will you bring to the team?
* Strategic mindset with a sharp business focus, prioritizing the big picture and a relentless pursuit of tangible impact.
* Expertise in customer analytics, supported by a quantitative background in fields such as Econometrics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
* Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously from both a content and stakeholder perspective.
* Advanced technical proficiency in Python and Structured Query Language (SQL) for independent data analysis.
* Exceptional communication skills with a talent for turning complex findings into concise narratives for stakeholders at every level.
* A collaborative spirit and curiosity to challenge the status quo through the implementation of emerging technologies.
