We are looking for a motivated and emphatic Assistant Shop Manager to start as soon as possible.
SHARE YOUR TALENT
* Supporting the Shop Manager in all matters relating to the store
* Store management (e.g. cash register, stock, visual merchandising) and, if necessary, personnel issues (e.g. personnel deployment planning) in coordination with your Shop Manager
* Professional customer advice in a role model function in line with our retail standards
* Co-responsibility for our sales and customer experience targets, including KPI management & optimisation

* Authentic, optimistic personality with an entrepreneurial & open mindset

* Very good handling of digital tools, willingness to learn as well as flexibility
* Affinity to beauty, several years of experience as a customer advisor and/or at least 1 year of experience in professional staff management from a service-oriented industry (e.g..: Retail, Cosmetics, Fashion, Cruise, Hotel industry, Gastronomy).
