About this role:

As the Workplace Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving and overseeing non-Real Estate related projects on a global scale, to identify and deliver key workplace deliverables supporting JETs workplace journey towards a globally value added function. You will be responsible for creating a robust project framework, establishing processes, and taking ownership to ensure the successful execution of projects. This position requires expertise in project management, stakeholder management, resource allocation, prioritisation, compliance & financial control.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
* Lead development & implementation of a strategic workplace project framework in line with our global workplace strategy.
* Develop clear & comprehensive mechanisms to manage workplace projects from initiation to closure, including project roles & responsibilities, standardised processes, and guidance for global, local, and Business As Usual projects.
* Collaborate with Workplace management to prioritise projects based on strategic objectives & ensure alignment with the overall Workplace & business strategies contributing to long-term planning.
* Lead, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at global and local levels to manage & ensure stakeholder expectations are aligned with project goals.
* Strategically allocate resources for workplace projects, considering both internal and external resources to ensure clear & efficient productivity.
* Develop clear & engaging project documentation for internal & external audiences, and deliver regular management updates on project progress.
* Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations and internal policies ensuring proper assessment of risks & mitigations.
* Take ownership of workplace project budgets, ensuring accurate financial tracking, & reporting to deliver projects on time & within budget.

What will you bring to the table?
* Proven experience as a Workplace Project Manager or similar role.
* Strong understanding of project and change management methodologies and best practices.
* Familiarity with compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Good financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Commitment to delivering high-quality projects, on time and within budget
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English as a minimum
