Host - Cecconi's Amsterdam
At Soho House a Host is one of the first point of contacts for members guests and staff before being seated for their dining experience. As a Host, you are responsible for greeting guests, answering all incoming calls, and creating reservations for Cecconi's. You will also deliver excellent service from initial greeting and seating members and supporting with the floor team where needed. The Host, has acute organizational and people skills which often in infectious and promotes positive experience from the moment anyone arrives up until their departure.
What we are looking for
* Must have 1-2 years experience in a smilar role and answering high-volume phone lines and answering inquiries professionally and timely
* Problem solving skills and bring conflict resolution
* Reliable, representative, positive and enthusiastic
* OpenTable and MICROS experience
* Basic InDesign knowledge
* Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts
* Strong communication skills in English and Dutch

* Salary: 2.450,63EUR (above Horeca CAO) + 8% holiday allowance & tips
