As our new Assistant Manager of the Body Spa & Mind Oasis, you will craft a truly unique experience for both our guests and your colleagues. At the Body Spa & Mind Oasis within our flagship House of Rituals, every client receives a red-carpet welcome and fully embraces the art of Soulful Living. You uphold an exceptional standard of performance by empowering your team to deliver outstanding service across both our Body Spa and Mind Oasis treatments. You nurture your colleagues' growth and create an atmosphere where collective achievements are celebrated. With a passion for physical and mental well-being, retail, and events, you guide customers on a personal journey that enhances their sense of wellness.
* You ensure that daily operations run seamlessly and efficiently, in harmony with the Rituals DNA
* You consistently build and maintain a strong, commercially minded team that always puts the customer experience first.
* You inspire your team through our Body Spa & Mind Oasis offerings-truly leading by example.
* You contribute to the overall House of Rituals customer journey, fostering collaboration and encouraging cross-departmental synergy.
* Together with your team, you help organize events, as the Mind Oasis also serves as an event venue.
* You report directly to the Manager Body Spa & Mind Oasis.

Qualifications:
As a true people manager, you instinctively know how to inspire and motivate others to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction, service, and sales. You are eager to guide, coach, and empower your team members to reach their full potential.
In addition, you bring:
* A professional background with at least one year of experience as a team leader or assistant manager within the beauty, spa, and/or wellness industry.
* Strong people management skills-you excel at communication, connection, motivation, coaching, and inspiration.
* Hospitality is your second nature.
* Excellent communication skills, with a flair for decision-making and problem-solving.
* Flexibility-you are willing and able to work both weekdays and weekends
