The Job's Mission:
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling (COMPANY NAME)'s Medical product portfolio in Norway.

The products of our Medical division provide caregivers with confidence by addressing risk factors that can lead to patient falls and caregiver injuries. (COMPANY NAME) is also a market leader in the development, manufacturing and sales of defibrillators and emergency medical response products - built for Emergency Care Professionals and designed to save lives.

In this position, you will support with the acquisition of new customers and also play an important role in maintaining existing customer relationships. Customers will be both hospital and pre-hospital entities/ambulance organizations.

Your key responsibilities:
* In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about the product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* You will implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations with pre-hospital and hospital customers including administration departments, purchasing units, healthcare professionals, etc.
* You will identify, analyze and prospect new customers, while providing ongoing service to existing customers.
* With the product knowledge you have built up, you advise and train healthcare professionals on its use during demonstrations and workshops.
* You will interact with decision-making units and be a reliable partner to our customers throughout the sales process.
* You will participate in congresses, seminars to meet potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact.

What are we looking for?
* You already have gained demonstrable sales experience. Sales experience within medical device or related industries would be an advantage.
* Or you possess a strong commercial orientation/interest combined with clinical experience in functions such as paramedics, nursing, physiotherapist, etc.
* You hold a diploma/degree, preferably in fields such as business administration, healthcare, sciences or in any other relevant areas or technical career.
* Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Norwegian is required.
* You hold a valid driver's license as this position involves regular customer visits.
