What you'll be doing:As a Packaging Engineer - TBS, you'll play a key role in bringing new Body Shop products to life and ensuring existing products continue to meet the highest standards. From supporting product development to solving technical challenges, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to make sure every detail is right. Your work will help us deliver innovative, high-quality packaging solutions that meet timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities:
What you'll be working on:
* Managing technical packaging tasks for new product development projects
* Creating and approving specifications, BOMs, and technical documentation
* Developing and testing new cartons and shippers to meet quality and cost requirements
* Coordinating first production runs and supporting manufacturing teams
* Leading corrective actions and resolving quality issues for existing products
* Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

What we're looking for:
* Degree in Engineering or Science
* 1-3 years' experience in manufacturing, quality, or product development
* Experience in tooling development, packaging development, and new construction development for the Gifting category
* Strong English communication skills
* Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working under time pressure
* A team player with excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
