🌎 Your Role:
As a Sanctioned-Party Lists (SPL) Screening Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring BOSCH Group's compliance with international sanctions regimes. In this crucial operational role, you will be responsible for conducting meticulous sanctioned party list screening, ensuring our organization adheres strictly to international trade regulations and sanctions programs. Your commitment to compliance, combined with a thorough and persistent approach, will be instrumental in safeguarding our business and reputation. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise in a vital area of global trade, working collaboratively with various internal stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of regulatory adherence.
🚀 Your Impact:
✔ Perform daily, accurate, and timely screening of customers, vendors, employees, and other relevant parties against various international sanctioned party lists (e.g., OFAC SDN, EU Consolidated, UN Security Council, Dow Jones).
✔ Analyze and investigate potential matches generated by the screening system, discerning true hits from false positives through diligent research and critical thinking.
✔ Maintain comprehensive and auditable records of all screening activities, decisions, and investigations in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in the dedicated system (SAP GTS).
✔ Work closely with Sales to facilitate compliant order processing, with Purchasing to ensure compliant supplier relationships, and with HR on employee screenings. Provide clear and concise communication regarding screening outcomes and requirements.
✔ Contribute to the continuous improvement of screening processes, policies, and tools, identifying efficiencies and best practices.
✔ Maintain a foundational understanding of key export control regulations and sanctions programs relevant to our business operations, staying informed of updates and changes.
✔ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and international stakeholder to gather necessary technical information and documentation for accurate classification.

Qualifications:

🛠 What You Bring:
✅ Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as international trade or business.
✅ 1-3 years of experience in trade compliance.
✅ Strong understanding and proven experience in sanctioned-party lists screening, sanctions and export control.
✅ Experience in tariff/customs classification and/or export control classification will be an asset.
✅ Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
✅ Advanced English proficiency (German is a plus!).
✅ Experience with ERP systems (SAP GTS) is a bonus.
✅ Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
