Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist (fixed-term contract)

Your responsibilities would include:

* delivering operational support to employees, managers and stakeholders

* leading end-to-end recruitment processes

* diversifying sourcing channels based on the market data and business needs

* keeping candidates' updated on the recruitment process

* advising hiring managers on TA processes.

You are a good candidate if you have:

* 2 years experience in HR area within a large, dynamic organization

* data-savvy mindset to share knowledge and best practices

* engagement and commitment to drive and deliver assigned tasks

* good communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

* ability to work independently and proactively

* excellent written and verbal English

* university degree, HR or related field will be an asset.
