Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute brand strategies for medical nutrition products in a high-growth, innovation-focused environment.
* Use AI tools for market analysis, campaign optimization, and consumer insights.
* Lead new product launches and manage portfolio activation across media and trade.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage the marketing budget.
* Build and maintain relationships with patient associations to support brand objectives.
* Cooperate closely with HCPs (including in hospital environments) to ensure effective brand communication and education.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
Candidate Profile
* Master's degree in marketing, economics, life sciences, or related field.
* Experience in brand management, ideally with OTC or consumer healthcare products.
* Fluent in Polish and English.
* Proven skills in AI/digital marketing platforms.
* Experience working with patient associations and HCPs, especially in hospital settings.
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills.
* Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable.
* Experience managing teams or projects is a plus.
