Position Summary
The IT Domain Architect for Sustainability is responsible for defining and governing the architecture of IT solutions that enable Operations Sustainability initiatives. This role ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across regions, drives innovation, and aligns technology solutions with corporate sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities
* Architecture Governance: Establish and maintain architectural standards and principles for sustainability-related IT solutions.
* Solution Design: Collaborate with solution architects and project teams to design scalable, secure, and compliant systems.
* Integration & Reporting: Support integration of sustainability metrics and reporting tools into enterprise platforms.
* Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory and legal requirements in all IT sustainability solutions.
* Innovation & Advisory: Provide guidance on emerging technologies and best practices relevant to sustainability and operations.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver sustainable technology solutions.
* Design and propose architectural models that incorporate robust data integration across PMI-to-PMI platforms and PMI-to-external systems.
* Leverage AI capabilities by identifying opportunities where AI can enhance or automate processes, improve decision-making, and fulfill required business capabilities.
Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and AI trends to continuously improve architecture strategies.

Objectives & KPIs
* Deliver architecture blueprints aligned with sustainability goals.
* Ensure 100% compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards.
* Achieve timely delivery of architecture reviews for all sustainability projects.
* Drive adoption of innovative technologies that reduce environmental impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Experience: Minimum 7 years in IT architecture roles, with at least 3 years focused on sustainability or operations.
* Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate), cloud platforms, and integration technologies.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with sustainability regulations and reporting standards.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
