Inviting Applications for the role of Payroll Expert- Domain trainee - German- Hybrid Krakow
This role is essential in optimizing payroll operations by leveraging payroll data, information and administering payroll to enhance workforce experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, operational support, and fostering collaboration across HR and business functions.

Responsibilities
1. National Payroll:
* Payroll Preparation-Audits.
* Payment Services Tasks-Garnishments.
* General Ledger - Post Payroll Report.
* Quarter End Tasks.
* Oversee payroll activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
* Address and resolve complex payroll issues or escalations.
3. Reporting and Analytics:
* Generate payroll reports for management review and decision-making.
* Analyze trends and provide insights to improve payroll operations.
4. Compliance and Process Improvement:
* Ensure compliance with US statutory requirements and company policies.
* Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
* Post Payroll processing-reports

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
* Fluent German (C1) language level
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
* Solid previous relevant payroll experience
* Advanced proficiency in payroll software and reporting tools.
* Excellent English language skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
* Certification in payroll management or HR operations.
* Experience in process improvement and automation.
* Preference of an understanding of Human Resource Management System Payroll module
