Then you have come to the right spot! We are recruiting for a Marketing Packaging Process Specialist for all our Foods brands: Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Quaker, etc.
As a Marketing Packaging Process Specialist, you are responsible for managing the complete process of artwork development that supports the BNL brand marketing team in delivering high-impact artworks. From the initial briefing to the final delivery, you ensure that all packages are produced on time, meet brand guidelines, and align with the strategic objectives of each campaign. You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as marketing, legal, regulatory affairs, plants and data management and coordinate with external partners including the design agency.
Your role requires strong project management skills, as you oversee timelines, manage feedback loops, and facilitate approvals to keep projects moving efficiently. By acting as the central point of contact, you ensure clear communication, consistency in execution, and a high standard of quality across all differentiating projects.
Responsibilities
Artworks coordination & planning:
* Manage the end-to-end artwork development process, from briefing to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and potentially campaign objectives.
* Coordinate timelines and project milestones to ensure artwork deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
* Facilitate internal and external stakeholder communication, acting as the central point of contact for artwork-related projects.
* Identify and escalate risks or delays in artwork production that may impact campaign delivery or brand integrity.
* Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in artwork workflows and proposing solutions.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a marketing/commercial position, preferably within the FMCG industry
* Independent, result-oriented, initiative, analytical and ambitious
* Excellent communication skills, knowing how to navigate in a matrix organisation
* Used to navigate and work in a digital environment - you have genuine interest in how the company operates
* Consumer centric thinking and perfect execution
* Fluent in English
* Dutch is nice to have
* You work thorough with a sharp eye on detail
* Solid understanding of project management concepts and principles
* Problem-solving skills
We are looking for somebody:
* Who feels comfortable taking the lead in artwork change projects (with guidance of local Brand Managers)
* Takes full ownership towards & collaboration with the Commercialization team
* Feels comfortable in stepping into all required project meetings
* Who always aims to find the most effective way to manage artworks
* Who will lead artwork briefs
* Who will brief artworks to the agency
* Who will approve/follow up on artworks approvals
* Who will ensure other admin tasks are followed by brand manager (quotes, colour proofs etc.)
