About the Role

* Lead the security function and Security Office team

* Ensure security and integrity of IT infrastructure, systems, and data

* Drive development and implementation of security policies and controls

Key Responsibilities

* Security Strategy & Governance: Define security strategy, enforce policies, advise leadership

* Security Architecture & Engineering: Maintain security architecture, conduct reviews and audits

* Security Awareness & Training: Deliver training programs, promote secure coding practices

* Compliance & Assurance: Ensure adherence to standards, maintain documentation

* Security Operations & Incident Response: Oversee monitoring, detection, and incident response

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in IT/Security; advanced certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) a plus

* 5+ years in information security (strategy, governance, operations, compliance)

* Knowledge of frameworks (NIST, CIS Controls, OWASP Top 10)

* Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

* Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
