Job Description:

BE PART OF A REVOLUTIONARY CHANGE

At PMI, we've chosen to do something incredible. We're totally transforming our business and building our future on smoke-free products with one clear purpose - to deliver a smoke-free future.

With huge change, comes huge opportunity. So, wherever you join us, you'll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.

Join us in this role and you'll be part of our Information Security international organization, and you will lead a small team of highly skilled and experienced security architects.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

* Design and evolve modern architectural roadmaps to protect and continuously harden the Company's public and private cloud platforms (IaaS/PaaS), compute/storage/database/connectivity capabilities and digital workplace/endpoint ecosystems, in full alignment with the organization's security strategy, risk management requirements and industry best practices.
* Oversee and support execution of the roadmaps in close collaboration with technology teams. Provide security assurance for major initiatives (e.g., cloud platform modernization, network redesign, workplace transformation, CMDB maturity), and report on a regular basis to senior management and the wider Information Security team.
* Manage a team of senior security architects utilizing modern methods and methodologies for task management, priority setting, leadership and coaching.
* Lead the formalization of relevant security principles and requirements into standards, procedures and guidelines. Liaise with the wider Architecture community to ensure that those principles and requirements are effectively embedded in day-to-day operations.
* Coordinate the research and evaluation of new or updated security technology solutions (e.g., AI-based) that will reduce cyber risk to the Company or otherwise increase performance, reliability, cost effectiveness or flexibility of core infrastructure platforms. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with technology vendors and other business partners.
* Provide infrastructure security guidance and subject matter expertise to technology teams in areas such as information security assessments, threat analysis and treatment, security best practices, and secure use of technologies.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

* 10+ years in Information Security, including 5+ years in infrastructure or cloud security architecture roles in complex global enterprises.
* Demonstrated ownership of security architecture roadmaps and enterprise-scale design patterns, and experience in interacting with senior technology leadership to influence platform strategies.
* Deep expertise in cloud security (AWS and Azure), modern infrastructure stacks (e.g., Kubernetes), zero-trust based network security models, OS and database hardening.
* Proven track record in coaching, mentoring and developing technical staff, including providing career development planning and opportunities.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress. Join PMI and you too can:

* Seize the freedom to define your future and ours - we'll empower you to take risks, experiment and explore
* Be part of an inclusive, diverse culture, where everyone's contribution is respected; collaborate with some of the world's best people and feel like you belong
* Pursue your ambitions and develop your skills with a global business - our staggering size and scale provides endless opportunities to progress
* Take pride in delivering our promise to society: to improve the lives of a billion smokers
