Summary:
We are looking for a talented IT Support & Endpoint Engineer to provide global support for endpoint devices and Windows-based application servers. This role combines hands-on IT support with endpoint management, patching, security hardening, and continuous improvement of IT operations in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide end-user and endpoint support via the ITSM system, resolving incidents and requests;
* Manage and support endpoint devices through imaging, patching, and hardening;
* Administer Windows Server environments (2012 R2-2022) and Active Directory;
* Ensure servers and endpoints are patched according to global schedules;
* Maintain documentation, follow change management processes, and support audits;
* Identify opportunities to automate and improve IT support processes.
About the Ideal Candidate:
* At least 2 years of experience in IT Support or Endpoint / Desktop Engineering;
* Strong hands-on experience across Windows Server (2012 R2-2022), Windows 10 Pro/LTSC, Active Directory and Group Policy, VMware ESXi, PowerShell scripting, and PC hardware troubleshooting.
* Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues;
* Clear written and verbal communication skills;
* A customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a global support environment;
* Nice to have: Experience with WSUS, exposure to AWS, and basic networking knowledge.
