At HUGO BOSS, we are looking for a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser in Store, to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our brand vision to life by creating inspiring product presentations, maintaining exceptional visual standards, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

What you can expect:

In your role as a VM in Store, you are responsible for executing and maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring all operational procedures are commercially managed to ensure the highest standard and efficient delivery of customer experience.

* Execute and maintain window displays and in-store visual installations in line with corporate visual merchandising guidelines, brand standards, and deadlines.
* Implement and replenish product displays according to Visual Merchandising directives, ensuring the store always reflects the latest commercial priorities and brand image.
* Collaborate closely with the Corporate Visual Merchandising team to plan and execute floor moves, seasonal changes, product launches, and special campaigns.Receive, process, and organize merchandise deliveries efficiently, ensuring product availability on the sales floor.
* Maintain stockroom organization and operational excellence, ensuring efficient product handling and storage.Support daily store operations and assist the wider retail team with operational and commercial activities as required.
* Monitor product presentation and sales performance, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer journey and maximize sales.Participate in regular training sessions to continuously develop visual merchandising knowledge and share best practices with store team members.
* Provide ongoing feedback to the Merchandise and Visual Merchandising teams regarding local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
* Ensure all visual merchandising tools, guidelines, procedures, and company policies are consistently applied and followed.

Your profile:

* Experience in a similar position where the ability as a Visual Merchandiser has been demonstrated, preferably in a premium fashion retail environment.
* Strong commercial awareness and a keen eye for detail, styling, and product presentation.
* Willingness to constantly learn & develop and experience in training team members.
* Strong organizational skills, structured work approach with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels.
* Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
* Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology.
* Availability to travel and driver´s license.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs.
