If you are experienced in Data Privacy, you can contribute within Siemens Healthineers Portugal by:
* Acting as a Business Partner in Data Privacy for our legal entities in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
* Handling Data Breaches and Data Subject Access Requests.
* Reviewing Data Privacy relevant processes and applications of a multinational market leader in the healthcare sector.
* Supporting the legal department with reviewing data privacy related contract clauses and Data Processing Agreements.
* Ensuring the proper implementation of internal Data Privacy Guidelines, Instructions, and Directives through training and awareness campaigns.
* Ensuring compliance with (UK-)GDPR and specific data privacy laws, including documentation and transparency obligations.
* Performing data privacy assessments and driving mitigation projects, where necessary.
* Upholding Siemens Healthineers' core values, such as integrity, respect, and reliability
