Contract Manager - Global Business Development

Job Description:

We're looking for a motivated and driven Contract Manager - Global Business Development (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks - Paint the world green

* You are part of the contract team within the Global Business Excellence department.
* You have to ensure you are responsible for efficient and target-oriented global contract management.
* You are responsible for the legally compliant drafting and formulation of partner contracts in cooperation with other specialist departments (e.g. Legal department, Business Development, Project Management, Finance).
* You coordinate, create and implement contract amendments at global and local levels (change log management).
* You answer and support with any questions about the contract(s) and are responsible for providing knowledge about the contract(s) towards all internal stakeholders.
* You form an interface between the business, the specialist departments and the Legal Counsel in charge.

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board

* You have a legal or commercial educational or study background.
* Ideally, you have 1-2 years of professional experience in a legal department, a law firm and/or know-how in contract processing/ contract management.
* You possess experience in the field of an internationally operating company.
* Strong motivation to delve into contract matters and complete repetitive tasks.
* Your reliable way of working, diligence, high affinity for detail, high sense of responsibility, discretion and commitment characterize you.
* Your strengths include consulting, precise and clear communication, and the ability to work in a team.
* Fluency in written and spoken English as well as a confident handling of MS Office programs and contract management software complete your profile.
