Andaz Lisbon is looking for an Outlet Manager to join its team!
The soon-to-open Andaz Lisbon will be the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in the Portuguese capital, marking a key milestone in Hyatt's continued growth in Southern Europe and the first Managed property of the brand in the region.

As Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the outlet operations, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International corporate strategies and Andaz brand standards. Your role will focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial success, and fostering a positive and engaged team culture.
You will manage the outlet as an independent and profitable business unit, ensuring operational excellence, budget compliance, and maximum guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include team leadership, training, scheduling, and maintaining high service standards

Candidate Requirements:

Profile:

· Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent (preferred)
· Proven experience in a similar leadership role
· Strong ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, including servers, bartenders, and supervisors
· Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
· Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
· Solid financial acumen: cost control, pricing strategies, and profit margin management
· Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) for effective interaction with colleagues, suppliers, and guests
· Ability to make quick decisions under pressure, ensuring smooth service during peak times
· Experience in supplier relations, contract negotiation, and stock management
· Previous experience in hotel openings will be highly valued
