About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive business growth by executing strategic initiatives, engaging key customers, and developing vendor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute the Business Unit strategy to drive profitable market share growth.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and vendors.

* Identify and onboard new vendors, driving sales and optimizing results.

* Collaborate with sales teams to enhance market penetration and share of wallet.

* Lead negotiations on key tenders and large deals.

* Provide structured sales guidance and enablement to internal teams.

* Ensure customer satisfaction by increasing loyalty and profitability.

* Engage with vendor operational, sales, and marketing teams.

* Support direct reports and Business Development Executives (BDEs), where applicable.
