By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 in a hybrid setup, in Bucharest.

How you'll make an impact:

* Act as a reviewer, being responsible for organizing review activities, engaging with relevant Risk and Compliance (R&C) team members to obtain approvals, and coordinating meetings with delivery teams.
* Ensure that all required documentation is stored in accordance with R&C procedures. The issues identified in review reports must be tracked to resolution, ensuring accountability and follow-through.
* Analyze performance measures to ensure consistency with procedures and guideline , identify and assess risks that could impact the company.
* Coordinate certification programs and implement best practices.

Skills that make your work successful:
* Fluent in English (C1) ;
* Advanced proficiency in Risk Management;
* Advanced proficiency in Financial Accounting;
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills;
* Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
