Project Manager for Digital Transformation Team

Broadridge is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our execution of a number of projects and enhancements within our Finance Digital Transformation program. The candidate should have some familiarity in Data Management and Finance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering data projects on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Candidate should be able to lead, coordinate and facilitate cross functional business and technical teams with direct and dotted line reporting to achieve project objectives in support of the goals of the Digital Transformation program.

Responsibilities
* Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, budget, and resources. Monitor project progress through overseeing the planning, execution and delivery, while adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion.
* Stakeholder Management/Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. Facilitate communication between technical team, data team and business units.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
* Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors, to ensure project milestones are met. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Conduct regular reviews and audits.
* Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.

Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 + years of experience managing data projects and data governance implementation.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Strong understanding of data technologies, data sourcing and data governance.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in Fintech or Financial services is preferred but not required.
* Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
* Good knowledge of data migration and integration processes.
