Job Description:

Обязанности:

1. E2E Supply Chain Program Management

* Own the SPo1 SC E2E Program Management agenda and ensure design, governance and execution of strategic programs across SPo1.

* Lead significant programs including Seed-to-Shelf for Dairy and Po1, E2E Waste, Manufacturing Footprint, Go-To-Market and other cross-functional transformation initiatives.

* Establish robust governance through SteerCos, roadmap visibility, risk mitigation, milestone tracking and cross-functional alignment.

2. Productivity Strategy and Delivery

* Own and drive the SPo1 productivity agenda, ensuring delivery of annual cost savings targets and productivity KPIs across Make and Move operations.

* Build the multi-year productivity pipeline and prioritize opportunities in waste reduction, yield, labor efficiency, service and cost optimization.

* Lead productivity ideation across Make, Move, GP and partner functions and convert opportunities into executable programs.

3. Performance Excellence and Operational Improvement

* Lead the performance improvement agenda across TE/NE, waste, yield and labor across SPo1 assets.

* Lead the Performance Excellence team, formerly MOS, with focus on optimizing manufacturing asset performance across categories.

* Drive TE improvement programs to grow capacity across different technologies and categories and support achievement of greater than 80% TE.

4. Asset Reliability and Maintenance

* Own the Asset Reliability function and agenda across SPo1, including strategy, execution roadmap and downtime reduction initiatives.

* Lead the Maintenance agenda in strong connection with productivity and performance excellence priorities.

* Integrate reliability-driven productivity improvements into the broader operational efficiency roadmap.

5. Strategic Capacity and Capital Planning

* Build and own SPo1 SC E2E Strategic Growth and Capacity Plans and translate them into strategic and tactical capital plans.

* Prioritize capital allocation and investment mix in collaboration with Engineering and Finance.

* Oversee productivity-related CAPEX and OPEX portfolio governance, including business cases, investment logic, execution tracking and benefits realization.

6. Reporting, Analytics and Insights

* Own Reporting & Analytics efficiency and collaborate with RCC to generate clear and robust insights supporting SC KPI improvement.

* Develop dashboards and tracking routines for savings pipeline, project milestones and performance gaps.

* Ensure data-driven decision making for program execution, productivity delivery, capital prioritization and performance governance.

7. PEP+ and Sustainability Integration

* Lead SPo1 SC PEP+ strategy implementation through Recon, CIP efficiency and Move projects in collaboration with SPo1 PEP+ team.

* Embed sustainability priorities into E2E transformation, productivity, performance improvement and project governance routines.

8. Change Leadership and Capability Building

* Develop and deploy the OU E2E SC strategy agenda connected to business and operational priorities.

* Lead transition from current Supply Chain Operating Model to the E2E target operating model.

* Develop and lead the SPo1 SC capability strategy, building a high-performance, data-driven and cross-functional culture.
Требования:

* Senior leadership experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Productivity, Engineering, Operational Excellence, Program Management or Performance Excellence.

* Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs & projects across complex multi-site Supply Chain environments.

* Strong capability in productivity delivery, cost transformation, performance improvement and capital portfolio prioritization.

* Deep understanding of manufacturing KPIs including TE/NE, waste, yield, labor productivity, downtime and operational efficiency + knowledge of Move side including Warehouses/ Network/ Transportation.

* Experience building governance routines, dashboards, analytics and performance management systems.

* Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills across Engineering, Finance, Commercial, Manufacturing, Sustainability and regional/global stakeholders.

* Ability to lead organizational change, build capability and develop high-performing teams in a matrix environment
