Pharmacist

Job Description:

Job duties & responsibilities:

* Provide safe and accurate medication dispensing and comprehensive medication education to patients and caregivers

* Perform medication reviews and interventions to prevent and/or resolve drug-related problems with appropriate therapeutic recommendations to enable safe and cost-effective medication therapy

* Assist in the supervision of pharmacy technicians/assistants in routine patient care activities in outpatient pharmacy

* Assist in the clinical education of students, trainees, healthcare professionals, and/or pharmacy technicians/assistants

* Participate in research and/or quality improvement activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Job requirements:

* Degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent)

* Registered Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council

* Newly registered pharmacists are welcome to apply

* Clinical practice experience of at least 3 to 8 years will be considered for senior position
