About the Role

Are you passionate about building strong partnerships and driving business growth?
We're looking for a Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Slovakia and take ownership of strategic customer relationships that make a real impact with key partners.

What You'll Do

* Build Relationships: Develop and maintain credible, long-term partnerships with key accounts, ensuring mutual value and alignment with our company strategy.

* Drive Strategy: Create annual customer plans, execute negotiation strategies, and lead pricing exercises to deliver results.

* Boost Performance: Monitor financial metrics (G2N, NRM), forecast accurately, and analyze KPIs to optimize execution.

* Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with commercial teams to develop Joint Business Plans and turn insights into actionable proposals.

* Stay Ahead: Identify market trends, risks, and opportunities to keep us competitive and innovative.

What You'll Have:

* Sales & Negotiation Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex accounts and influence outcomes.

* Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of pricing, profitability, and revenue optimization.

* Strategic Thinker: Skilled in planning, problem-solving, and delivering business solutions.

* Relationship Builder: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Tech-Savvy: Advanced MS Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency, with strong analytical skills.

* Proven track record in Sales Management (Key Account or Field Sales).

* Advanced English proficiency.

* Valid Category B driver's license.

* Experience in Mass Market (preferred).
