Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support administrative and operational tasks within the Building Technology domain. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building automation, service operations, and knowledge management while contributing to the efficiency of our internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and maintain presentations and communication materials
* Facilitate meetings, track action items, organize follow-ups
* Support preparation of meeting materials and summaries
* Support creation of: PowerPoint decks, SharePoint content Internal communication materials
* Provide ad-hoc administrative support
Required Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in the 3rd year or higher at a university (STU TZB is a plus)
* Strong command of English, both written and spoken
* Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week
* Organizational and time management skills
* Microsoft Office 365 - especially PowerPoint
* AI chat bots
Nice to have Qualifications
* Basic knowledge of HVAC systems or building automation technologies is a plus
