We are looking for a Runner for the BOSS Store La Cañada, located in the La Cañada Shopping Centre (Marbella).
* 16 hours per week.
* Previous experience in retail warehouse operations, as a Runner, Stock Assistant, or Sales Associate.
* We are looking for energetic and positive individuals eager to work.
* Responsible candidates with strong values, willing to learn and contribute to the team.
* Flexible availability, including weekends (Monday to Sunday).
* Afternoon shifts only.
* Immediate incorporation.
* Permanent contract.

What you can expect:

In your role as a Runner, you will be responsible for all stockroom operations to optimize the retail business and enhance the efficiency of the sales process, driving commercial success.
* Physically manage stock and its movement, maintaining an effective flow and storage process to improve and streamline the customer experience.
* Manage the flow of products between the stockroom and the sales floor.
* Support all operations related to loss prevention.
* Efficiently utilize business systems and the latest technologies.
* Promote the use of all available tools, ensuring proper execution of procedures and compliance with policies.

Your profile:

* Previous experience in a similar management role within a retail and/or warehouse environment.
* Physical ability for loading and unloading.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Ability to be flexible and adapt to the needs of the business.
* Efficient use of business systems and the latest technologies.
* Demonstrate strong commercial acumen.
* Willingness to learn and develop continuously.
* Passionate and with extensive knowledge about the brand.
