FOR OUR MASSIMO DUTTI STORE IN PRAGUE, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A COLLEAGUE FOR THE POSITION OF DEPUTY MANAGER / ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibility for achieving sales targets and managing stock in the assigned department
Organizing daily store operations
Maintaining the store's visual and image standards
Analyzing sales, trends, and competitors
Communicating with store management and headquarters
Handling customer requests and incidents
Minimizing losses and implementing action plans
Leading and motivating the team, training new colleagues
Cooperating in shift planning, recruitment, and performance evaluation
Ensuring compliance with internal and safety standards

The position may also include other activities related to the responsibilities described above.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Experience in a managerial or deputy position in the retail sector, minimum 1 year
Very good knowledge of English and Czech
Customer orientation
Strong affinity for and knowledge of relevant metrics
Analytical and business mindset
Organizational skills and excellent time management
Flexibility
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals
Interest in fashion and the latest fashion trends
