Operation is the invisible engine of the store. It is the first stop on the product's journey to the customer.
Your role is to make everything move forward - the team, the product, the experience - without losing sight of what matters most: people.
Every day is different. Every decision matters.
Your decisions are data driven but you also rely on your intuition. And you help your team grow with you - leading from within, listening, challenging and pushing with purpose.
Movement here is constant. Product is received, sorted, organized and restocked according to the needs and rhythm of the store.
* Organize the store operations based on KPIs
* Manage and optimize the productivity of all resources
* Organize and supervise front-end processes
* Manage the stockroom inventory and flow of goods
* Supervise and execute replenishment
* Collaborate with department managers on commercial operations
* Continuously trains teams on proper procedures and standards
* Develop, acknowledge and provide constructive feedback for the evolution of teams
* Responsible for compliance with regulations on occupational risk prevention, and health and safety at work
You will be part of an organized, resourceful team with an interest in fashion and store life. We love the pace, coordination, and commitment to detail.
Here, you'll find the space and the team to keep growing with your own vision. We offer a place where learning is part of the everyday, and where there's room to contribute, make mistakes, and evolve.
This can be the beginning of your story with us.
