Full remote is accepted within a 2-3 hours time difference with Spain.

Team

Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.

Joining our Live games team means collaborating with gaming industry experts on globally renowned, enduring games, while embracing exciting new entrepreneurial ventures. With over seven billion downloads worldwide and a portfolio of more than 10 resilient hybrid games generating more than $20m per year, we are the largest and most successful hybrid publisher in the world.

You will join Mambo, our biggest studio, to work on Mob Control, (COMPANY NAME)'s largest game. This team successfully turned a modest hyper-casual game into a $100M revenue hit and is now looking for help to continue on their journey to the top-20 grossing list. Mambo works with a true agile methodology, with an empowered team and nearly zero micromanagement.

Role

We are looking for a talented Strategic Game Producer with a good understanding of the casual mobile game market to help the team to deliver fun, innovative and entertaining games. You will take an innovative approach to gameplay ideas/features and give them their own spin, supporting and contributing to new ideas to game features. You will directly report to the studio director, and you will take the lead and offer support in the subsequent areas:

* Project coordination and management: Optimise the team's productivity, ensuring everyone is working on the most important tasks and understands what they need to do.
* Assistance with team management: Assist in ensuring Mambo has the right team to achieve its goals and that team members are performing up to our expectations.
* Lead special initiatives: Take full ownership of special initiatives or projects that aren't core to the game (e.g. player support, community initiatives, etc.)

With this role, you will have a strong impact on the company by contributing daily to important decisions with a senior, multidisciplinary team of passionate and talented people working on the most successful (COMPANY NAME) game. Profile

* At least 2 years of experience in a management role.
* Experience in software development, ideally mobile gaming.

Bonus:
* Hands-on experience in games or software development (programming, art, design, etc.)
* Entrepreneurial and autonomous.
* Ability to find good solutions to problems.
* Experience in direct competitors.
* Willingness to work hard and intelligence to not overwork 🙂
* University studies in engineering are preferred over business or management.
