Job Description:

(COMPANY NAME) Technology Infrastructure and Information Security (IF&IS) is responsible for delivering customized, stable IT Security and IT Infrastructure services to the (COMPANY NAME) Group. We deliver global, shared services, as well as customized regional services to create the future workplace for all (COMPANY NAME) employees.

The IF&IS Contract Governance Team, as part of the Infrastructure and Security Services in (COMPANY NAME) Technology is the team who is in charge of maintaining compliance of the Third Party/Vendor contracts for AzTech as an Internal IT Shared Service Provider.

You will have the opportunity to join this international team located in Munich, Barcelona and India and support the team in their day-to-day.

You will

* Accountable for day to day IF&S Vendor /Third party Contract Governance (compliance and governance activities such as updating and complete the IF&IS contract inventory, maintain and create Outsourcing Compliance trackers).

* Evaluation supplier document with respect to information security, data protection and risk reporting obligations (such as, ISO 27K , GDPR, DORA etc)

* Collaborate to maintain records of the whole team activities, using Agile Methodology (Kanban, Jira, Confluence, among others…).

* Work with Procurement and Third-Party Risk management team to improve data quality in Service Now and SAP-ARIBA

* Collaborate with the gathering of required information for audits.

Your skills

* Master's degree in Law, Management or IT Legal.

* Experience in Policy implementation, Compliance Standards & Vendor/Third party Contract Management. (in Information Technology preferrable)

* Fluent English skills (written and spoken).

* Advanced skills in MS Office, SharePoint, JIRA and Confluence.

* Experience in working with international projects/teams.

* Analytical skills of managing large volume of contract inventory with O365 tools

* Self-driven, proactive and highly motivated mindset.

* High degree of commitment and enthusiasm, responsibility, and ability to work autonomously.
