Reporting to the Logistics and Transport Manager, the Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations managed by the external logistics provider (3PL), ensuring service excellence, inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
This position will be based in our Warehouse located in Illescas (Toledo), with occassional commute to our Head Office in Madrid.
Important note: This is an on-site position with no remote working option
Technical Competencies Solid knowledge of warehouse operations and end-to-end logistics processes, including inbound, storage, order preparation (B2B & B2C), outbound, and inventory management. Experience managing outsourced warehouse operations and working with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP), WMS, MS Office, and reporting tools. Strong understanding of stock control, traceability, incident management, and logistics documentation. Knowledge of continuous improvement and operational optimisation methodologies (e.g. Lean) is a plus. Familiarity with technical regulations related to logistics, including import/export and customs requirements, is valued. Experience in multi-client environments (retail, FMCG, industrial, or e-commerce) is a plus. Knowledge of dangerous goods handling/shipping (CAT1 - IATA) is a plus. Good level of English for coordination with suppliers or international teams is desirable. Skills Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills. Results-driven with a strong service level focus. Ability to coordinate and manage external service providers. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. Proactive, with the ability to anticipate issues. High attention to detail and quality focus. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Continuous improvement mindset (e.g. Lean). Influencing and negotiation skills
