Job Description:

As a Scrum Master, your mission will be to facilitate agile practices and ensure the effective adoption of Scrum and Kanban methodologies, helping teams deliver high-quality solutions efficiently while continuously improving their ways of working.
You will act as a servant leader, fostering collaboration, removing impediments and supporting teams through change in dynamic and evolving environments.
We need someone like you to contribute across the following responsibilities:
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives).
* Support teams in the effective application of Scrum and Kanban principles.
* Remove impediments and proactively manage dependencies and risks.
* Coach team members on agile best practices and continuous improvement.
* Support change management and agile adoption within the organization.
* Promote transparency and communication between teams and stakeholders.
* Use tools such as JIRA, ALM and Microsoft Teams to track progress and performance.
* Encourage a results-oriented mindset and high team engagement.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE
* 1-2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner.
* Hands-on experience applying Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
* Exposure to TDD/BDD practices is a plus.
EDUCATION
* Certificate of Higher Education, University Degree or Master's degree.
* Technical background is a plus.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Essential
* Scrum Master Professional certification.
* Strong experience and knowledge of the Kanban Method.
* User-level knowledge of JIRA, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and Microsoft Teams.
* Highly fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
* Proactive, results-oriented mindset.
* Strong change management capabilities.
* Spanish language skills are a plus.
* Knowledge of supply chain finance products (e.g. Confirming) is a plus.
* Understanding of payment methods and accounting concepts is a plus.
Nice to Have
* Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe, Nexus or LeSS.
* Ability to understand the tools involved in a deployment pipeline.
* Knowledge of Management 3.0 principles.

* High adaptability to change and ability to work in fluid and evolving organizations.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
