PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Directly reporting to the Store Director, the Department Manager will have a key role in their product category and be responsible for motivating the team to maximize sales, ensuring all KPIs are achieved, and delivering Dior-class customer service.
Being the owner of the assigned product category, they constantly seek to improve the category business by developing and implementing innovative initiatives and action plans.
They provide "Manager on Duty" coverage and help to develop a collaborative and positive working relationship with the wider management team.
An experience of minimum 5 years in Retail team management on the Luxury sector is required.
