As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Marketing Project Manager to help us scale smartly and become more efficient while maintaining our creative soul.

THE ROLE
We're seeking an exceptional Marketing Project Manager who is a master of client relationships and a champion of strategic growth. This full-time permanent position combines strategic account management with hands-on project coordination (approximately 50% account management, 50% project management).
You'll be the strategic bridge between our clients and creative team, responsible for nurturing long-term partnerships with a new, incredibly exciting client - a globally recognized leader in the workflow automation space.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strategic client partnerships as trusted advisor and primary point of contact
* Develop account strategies aligned with client business objectives and agency capabilities
* Deep dive into client business models, industry challenges, and growth objectives
* Navigate complex client organizations and manage multiple stakeholders
* Proactively monitor account health and implement retention strategies
Account Growth & Business Development:
* Drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
* Develop and execute comprehensive account growth strategies
* Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and scope expansions
* Stay informed about client industry trends and competitive landscape
Project Oversight & Service Delivery:
* Oversee all projects to ensure quality, timeline adherence, and budget management
* Coordinate with internal creative teams for optimal resource allocation
* Maintain high standards of creative output and service delivery
* Monitor account profitability and optimize resource allocation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Experience & Skills:
* 4-5+ years in account management at marketing agencies (B2B marketing experience preferred), video production companies, or marketing services organizations
* Strong track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
* Exceptional relationship-building skills across different organizational levels
* Strong business development mindset with contract negotiation experience
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Deep understanding of creative workflows and video production processes
* Proficiency in account performance analysis, ROI measurement, and budget management
* Advanced skills with CRM systems, project management platforms, and analytics tools
* High fluency in English (written and spoken) - mandatory for our international clientele

* Experience with B2B tech or SaaS clients
* Demonstrated account growth success and long-term client retention
* Remote client management across different time zones
* Understanding of technology sector and workflow automation tools
* Performance marketing and campaign analytics experience

LOCATION & WORKING MODEL

* Gross yearly salary: 38,000EUR-44,000EUR (depending on experience)
